I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults build confidence, resilience, and balance in their everyday lives.

I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy, addressing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and a range of academic, professional, and interpersonal challenges. I offer individual therapy, consultation, and educational support, with a focus on practical strategies that lead to meaningful and sustainable change at home, in school, and in the workplace.

With experience as a school psychologist, I understand the school system from the inside and support families in navigating evaluations and school meetings through clear, thoughtful communication. In addition to my clinical work, I have led social skills, parenting, and adult support groups, and regularly present on topics including anxiety management, social communication, and parenting.

I am an active member of several professional organizations, including the New Jersey Psychological Association, the Selective Mutism Association, and the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
